It is important to read and accept our terms and conditions before commissioning any fabric printing.

Print work is accepted by LUXE Print at its own discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation.

LUXE Print will not be held liable for any damage to fabrics supplied by the client or any other claim exceeding the cost of printing. LUXE Print does not accept any liability for results on fabrics supplied by the client as there are too many variables involved and accepts no liability for replacements of any clients supplied fabric. Any fabrics left at LUXE Print by clients will be sold after a three month period to defray storage cost.

Our system is highly calibrated however there are still colour variations within the digital textile printing process. It’s a reactive dying process therefore there are many variables involved. Fabrics vary from batch to batch in cellulose content (or protein content with silks) even change in weather can effect batch colours and colour matching. It is the client’s responsibility to supply relevant colour proofs if specific colours are required. Pantone colour swatches for matching colour charts can be printed at a nominal charge. These may differ from batch to batch and there will be no warranty that we can match any swatch colours exactly. We do encourage that the client uses colour swatches, to ensure client satisfaction. Light and neutral tones present the biggest challenge.

The LUXE Print reactive digital printing process requires the fabric to be coated with a mix of chemicals before printing and steaming. We offer a pre-coating service at an additional charge. This is at our discretion. The percolating is done offsite by a third party and again it is at the clients risk. This is particularly important for delicate fabrics such as silks etc... which can be prone to damage during the coating process. LUXE Print also does not accept liability for any short supply of coated fabric back from the coating plant.

All fabrics shrink. At LUXE Print we compensate as accurately as possible on our own range of coated fabrics but will not be held liable for any further shrinkage on finished products. LUXE Print will not be liable for any shrinkage whatsoever unless the client has commissioned and payed for shrinkage tests on client supplied fabrics.

Standard turnaround times are 7 working days from time of order, artwork and receipt of deposit. Due to the nature of the digital fabric printing process there is no warranty that we can always meet the delivery time under all circumstances.
